There's a difference between being honest and being insulting. And because you may have read the post differently than another poster does not make you the authority on someone's ability to comprehend logic.

So far you've said you respond to people in person as you do here. So it would seem that if your boss, parents, spouse, colleagues has a difference of opinion or a different understanding it is ok to call them stupid and be demeaning. In my world, that would get me fired, single, and friendless.

So the only reason why I think you made this topic is because he scammed you and you just got nothing to do.

No sir, I have not been scammed from this player. After his most recent scam, (pretty close to home , member of my feeder clan) I decided to create an alt and be "hooked into his scheme" to show the world his tactics and get Admin on his arse.

Over the past 2 years, he has successfully scAmmed over 4 mil from MANY people on Mabon. I know he is not the only scammer out there (obviously) and am trying to get every world to get together and get rid of their scammers.

To report, Admins are currently working on this specific scammer and getting any items he has gained unfairly, removed and the characters possibly banned.


Getting rid of scammers isn't hard, just get admins attention.


I, again, agree that it is easy to avoid getting scammed.

But again, the damage has been done, people have been scammed. And we need to do all we can to remove these morally terrible players from this game. It is against the rules.

Mistakes don't define people. I have made mistakes before, but that doesn't mean you have the right to define me stupid.

I'm still at a loss why anyone would do a trust trade or loan their items out

The whole clan system loans gear out. To strangers that you have no ties to though, I am also at a loss as to why people have perfect faith in them.

I wish I could trust everyone, but sadly that's not how the world works.

How does it loan gear out? You have to earn your gear in a clan system, well that's how it works in my clan atleast

We do earn our gear, but, should another piece arise, we are expected to keep the original piece within the clan. Eventually having to give the item back constitutes, in my eyes, a loan. (Besides bind on equip)

So if you get kicked or leave your clan you will return every Non BoE drop you got 'loaned'?
