they tried to bring out bosses suitable for all levels, what happened is the high level players simple killed the boss as soon as it spawned for theyre alts or banksYou arent thinking broadly enough^^ i dont want another set of dl armour for the warriors who would like to dps
I want a set of armour i can use for more fire damage, a set i can use for poison damage, a set to make MY SKILLS more powerful, not skills that no one uses. I want choices. If i am a warrior, id like a set of armour which provides more armour then usual with hp. If i am a dps armour, i want armour that provides strength and bonuses to bouble strike, pummel, and giant swing.
The fact that we only have one track of endgame armour which requires an endgame clan to get is quite dissapointing. There should be bosses like aggy that are easier to kill and drop regular items, and then rarer items with a lesser chance. These bosses should spawn every hour. There should be ten differant ones, focusing on differant items. With exact spawn times, players who arent in a clan have a chance to kill these bosses as well. This would bring more equipment into game, be ause the regular drops could be sold to lower levels, while the rarer drops would be kept. Its also an idea to make bosses or rare mobs (not rare like gold or exp mob, im talking a sane rarity, say 20%) who drop a new currency which can be exchanged for armour. And it doesnt have to take five weeks to get this armour. Perhaps two days (per item). This is adding side content to the game while expanding variety.
The game only offers leveling, standing in castle, or killing minor bosses (redbane, stonefang, so on..) for very minor amounts of gold (2k). Its a pathetic variety of things to do. Otm has to stop providing new leveling content to endgamers, and start providig more side content to everyone in game. Bosses dont have to be minor variotions of the endgame bosses (as event bosses work). There should be bosses who drop items for level 100s. That way the level 200s dont both, because they farm similair bosses (similair in idea, not drops) for level 170s with items meant for them. This starts providingg something for level 100s without them feeling that they have to reach 210 before starting to enjoy the game. I was hoping that the summer update would be the solution to this problem, but at the rate that we are going (i mean, come on... Simple bird animations? What is the bounty board? Five quests for level 50s untill the next update?...) the game wont be fixed untill 2020 rolls around. Please step it up otm.
