I love legacy bosses and it's more fun cause it spawns randomly, if u want to get them just check carrow whenever u get chance. It worked for me atleastLet me explain. I would rather have an event boss spawn at the right time like event bosses used to than a boss that could spawn randomly. And they even spawn without adds, so there isnt any real challenge.
