I disagree, 3 days might not be enough time, I think there are many more who lost items than have posted here.

I bet the logs are tedious to go through, because they have to chart all of our actions during that time period to make sure we aren't trying to scam OTM.

Might be a week or so is my guess.

Bump, Still no feedback on the missing items I have this strange feeling this problem has been ignored or forgotten. I haven't even got a email or pm about this situation since admin asked what I lost. 3 in-game tickets sent, and a few pm's to admin. Doesn't seem to help this at all. The wait is frustraiting and I can only borrow gear from a friend when it is late at night so not much time to play the game and have fun there.

Don't get me wrong I like the idea of the bank and I like the update it just seems like the bank wasn't the smartest thing to put into the game this early without making sure there would be no problems like this.

These bugs should have been fixed the first patch, but eventually everything should be smoothened out and all bugs should be grinded out and the world of CH will be fixed :p

I know they should have been fixed but what the admin/developers didn't understand was that the bank glitched the items when you took them out of the bank and had them in your inventory they would vanish, Yes they have fixed the bank problem but the vanished items have not been seen after the patch. I like the update but right now I would rather be playing the game pre update just because I would have my items and wouldn't have my ping go crazy every twenty minutes.

Admin, wtf? Seriously its been more than 4 days! Give us a damn response.

I was waiting a month and a half to get a response which just asked for more checks so i havnt even had the email solved yet. That was 2 weeks ago i replied and still nothing.
This is a total of 2 months now.
A week ago i had the same issue as you guys and lost my spear of icelord and 80 restore pots. I sent an email via in game support, website and a post. All i got was a reply on the post saying ill get it back, but what good is that to me? Im still missing the spear which is pretty the only item i have thats worth something apart from silver energy necklace.

Hi there, just to confirm we have logs of everything, nothing will be lost.

But please give us a bit of time to sort through the request we got. After the update launched we got a big spike of support requests that we are dealing with.

I am very conscious that we need to get support responding very quickly to the in game requests and that is the goal in the near future.
