The healing wasn’t the issue. The issue was our physical dps not being able to stop auto attack when the damage shield would go up from the poison root. And the tank and healer not being able to cast through the silence from volt root. Once again I honestly believe that if it were the same 46 toons focuses on one device alone then we would have had better success.

OTM please don’t read this and think the heal needs to be more. The heal is a deterrent, but it is something that can be overcome with proper dps and focus.

If the heal is anymore the raid wouldn't be possible period...
I'm starting to think the heal is a part of the raid and not supposed to be what ruins it. much the same way necro healed or proteus.

50k healing is quite alot, especially if it’s as fast as xtals healing rate, and if it’s doubled when 2 roots are up. Not to mention they might increase over time. Try testing it’s healing if u can. It is clearly visible. Once we get the exact amount of healing dished per cast, it will be much easier determining the next step.

Will do. I'll record the next attempt and analyze the footage after. I was seeing the han solo movie (which was amazing btw) last night so missed the BT attempt but I will be at the next. With clan permission I'll post the attempt as well so we can all look over it and see if there are any other viable strats.
I invite other servers to do this as well. We can all learn from our mistakes and maybe pick up a thing or two from someone else's they didn't notice. More eyes and heads is always better... unless you are a two headed spider, in which case I will kill you with fire...

Well OTM did say that the roots were not meant to be offtanked. Also from what I understood is that BT heals increase the longer the roots stay up, though they might just mean he heals more the longer the roots are up since its a continuous heal rather than a one time heal.
