I strongly feel that an unbalanced group should not be able to "buy" a boss kill. It's cheating as far as I'm concerned

I. Agree but people buy their way through the game anyway. They buy levels, but gold (selling plat), and buy respect. It only makes sense that bosses be added to that list. Honestly, this game needs a revamp to where you can't 'buy' anything and otm should find another way to make income.

I wasn't talking about him. I was talking about in general. Plat holds way too much power in this game, but that is an example.

Yes plat is a big key for players in this game...
Being lvl 130 i dont care for plat anymore... I just get plat for idols but thats it i dont waste irl money to lvl anymore

Ok first the total pots/idols used on avalon first kill is: 2
Also im rarely with pig but hes 100% right on this one like all the original persons of this post. Buying a boss if you want go for it but aggra aint a normal boss atm he is THE boss ( quite easy tho ) and therefore it is suposed to be only a group of smart dedicated and strong players that should be able to take him. Just a quick example that we lived, before aggra me ad aileron ( best tank and great strategist) passed a couple of hours in arena with about 4 mages that ha alt booked so they can it us so we would be ready to shrug that nasty fire. The main boss of the game shouldnt require 40-50 low levels potting and idoling but a small group of 10-20 players that know what their job is and most importantly dont kill aggra for loot or the "bragging rights" but to have a fun time with friends and try to make your clan better before yourself.

I don't mind buying levels so much, I do mind that people think dumping 100$ to kill a boss is ok

+1 to Dan, I really respect it that you guys actually went through everything before doing aggy that first time

In addition to the arena training we also spent quite some time testing the adds and figuring out the best way to fight the boss , we really made sure we were ready before we did the boss .
