Anyone below 150 that plays the game every day but is not leveling should be called a noob . To be fair I call everyone noob so it doesn't carry any negative meaning to me . The players that disturb me are the ones that hover around 100 that are always buying and selling stuff , they give me the creeps .

Personally, as Elim said in his better posts. Noobs are not the level, it's how they act. So if a level 100 that never leveled was the kindest person on your world she/he would not be a noob.

Level 150+ are just people that are dedicated to the game and play a lot or in small chunks. But mostly a lot.

No everyone is a noob to elim, including himself, its not rude :p

We have several people in our world thats around 60-100 that never levels. They just like to hang out at fal constantly and farm dragon discs and gets ticked off if they aren't allowed in the group. Hell theres even some 120s that are full geared and decked out but levels once a month.
This fits the name leachers perfectly.

thats what the noobs in game pretty much do
they swear at you and stuff and call you a noob for being a high leveler and killing them in arena
