To answer you, I WOULD (and have). Without that clan, I would never have gotten those items. Out of shear respect and fairness, You should return those items. You got enough use out of it, (more than without the clan) you should return it.

This normally doesn't happen. People get offended and think the best way to get the clan or player back is to keep the item.

I also have returned raid items when I left my clan, i don't see them as being loaned though, my clan uses dkp system you have to turn up to bosses and help the clan to buy your drop.

Do you class people who don't return 'loaned' clan items scammers?

Do you class people who don't return 'loaned' clan items scammers?

I can't speak for my clan, but obviously it can go both ways. It takes work to get the item. So I can see why keeping the items is a possibility.

My opinion is that anyone that joins a clan, gets geared, and leaves, is a clan hopper. Personally, I dont like those...
