Since i can run circles around you in the real game , maybe you should stop with the hating posts.

If the beta was setup in any way to actually test the new stuff and id the admin gave us any information to start on when we update to each phase, maybe i would invest MY time in helping more.

I had every intention of doing my share in beta testing, but when i log on and HAvE to skill up every skill point, and o searching for the manual guy that seems to not exist, and noones even on to ask questions........i am far from the problem. You guys that are not in Beta must have a really messed up sense of whats it like.

I have talked with others in my clan in beta and we both agree it was almost an entire waste of time to log on. Please dont mock me by saying "you" would of tested better. I went from excited about being in beta to utterly disappointed. Keep your comments on things you know nothing about to yourself.

The fact is i visited every vendor this last beta build and not one of them sells me training manuals with new skills. Not much to say about all of the old skills, besides sharP shot cast timer was increased (thx for the nerf)

You dont know where anything is because your hardly active on the forums either, your never on and alot of others are its a spot wasted that could have been used by someone to mmmmm idk actually TEST for bugs. +1, I'm not even in the beta, and I still try to figure things out by the information given to me to see if I can find ways around it. So far I've found a couple ways that things can be taken advantage of, and have sent messages describing to the admin how to do so.

Hey there, each tester will use up a spot for at least a year, because Apple only let us reuse our udid allocation after a year has passed.

We are going to investigate other ways to get more udid's for testing in future, but even then our quota will be limited.

The main issue is that we have to learn what is the best method of selecting testers. It seems being the most keen player does not necessarily make a good tester because often those players will want to be playing the live game rather than testing, and i fact they would only engage in playing a beta if it's a 'fun preview' of a finished release.

So far it seems that the quality and number of the forum posts is the best indicator because it allows us to understand the player better, but in the end there is always a bit of luck with this, it's just a shame that Apple don't allow more udid's for larger scale testing.

Maybe the people who are already beta testers can help you decide next time based on how they see someone play on the game, or how they act on the forums. The beta testers who are always on should get a say on who should help them with future updates and patches if they get involved with patches. That way you can get the best out of your spots, and your community.

When you first logged on beta there training dummies, a field of pvp people with elixirs that you dont get, and item vendors that clyoi cldnt talk to to get your class items.

When a zone actually existed, i had to re run to all the stones at lvl 100, with nothing new to even test out.

Anyway, i will gladly relinquish my beta position to any ranger willing to help. Just please dont accuse me of not giving a poop, because that was jot the case. They made it so hard to even know wtf was goin on, it was ridiculous. If it was run better, i would of logged on every day for a few hours. When you end up logging on to see if there is someone else with any info, there isnt, or if that person knows as little as you.

I agree with you guys about getting someone else.

Im still waiting for an answer about any new skills that exist and where to purchase them. The beta testing was the worst piece of organization ive ever seen.

I wish i could give a detailed update on the ranger class, but ive tried a few times and as of now its like playing the exact same game u are with lvl 25 skills that dont have all the info in the skill window.

*sigh*. I am as concerned as you about it, fellow rangers.

did you complete the new quest chain?
complete other world quest?
go through catacombs, lirs , catacombs, stonevale, shalemont, castle, otherworld, walking through every single corner making sure there wasnt any falling off map bugs or collision fixing?

theres plenty of testing needed to be done.

no its about you not testing now

they arent old zones they are new remade zones as far as lirs otherworld and castle.
