My point is on equal level gear and equal level tactic, a warrior would win.

Go beyond lvl 190, face ppl on that lvl, then we'll see ur warrior.

If CH actually had a rich PVP format (beside rank with unspecified value), this debate would be much more meaningful. I hope they eventually offer some legit motivation to PVP at endgame.

Of course it does but low lvl is dependent on gear since there are hardly any stat points available whereas a higher lvl with the wrong stats will get destroyed.

Again, not true. Sometimes they would and sometimes they wouldn't.
