The obvious solution is only your friends can send you messages.
If you block a player in-game they will be unable to send you mail, which should prevent unwanted spam.
ok, but you only block somebody AFTER they scam/spam you. If only your friends and clannies can send you mail, you probably wont ever be spammed.

Admin, can you confirm if there will be a new lux shop in U4? If so, will the gear be an upgrade of the old lux or a different kind? If you can't answer, just tell me. :)
