OTM please help solve this issue.
it's been 4 hours now and everytime someone hits aggie it immedialty resets the server.

Now that was just ridiculous!!! Eve has all their people and sin has 4, and yet they still try to ffa and crash us..

Why's that ridiculous? We had enough members to take all night.. I gave you the option to group up, get rid of anyone under 150 (all of our 12-15 members there were 150+ anyway) and split drops 2 each. Following your decline to that, I then offered your clan if they wanted 1 of their leaders to roll for the right to take. After the decline to that, we got the reply of 'we will wait it out' (aka, we will sit here and crash server if you attempt).

Their will be FFA even if theirs just 1 member, and their will be griefing regardless.

Bit of common courtesy wouldn't go a miss.

Justva game if it crashes it crashes get you refund if its in the records you purchased plat or just be a big plat buyer like lol i dont care if my hard earn plat is wasted i always get a refund from my support ticket if not i can always buy more, sorry to those whoes been affected

Well we are all starting to get our "refunds". I was refunded 4 idols and 10 pots for the hundreds of plat that I wasted and all off my clan is having the same results. I messaged support why I got only this little when I spent hundred on hundreds of plat. They message me back that they refunded what was used in the last 3 hours of their last indicated server crash. This was a 12hour fight for aggra and near no plat was used in the end it was the first 3-4hours of the fight that we all spent mega big plat

I have yet to receive a refund while I'm aware that a majority if not all received a partial refund.

I got 3 super combos, 1 super haste and 25 idols back. The "last 3 hours" included one aggie fight. I was all for OTM b4 this, i dumpped tons of money into this game in order to help a small company that was really onto a great concept. I play order and chaos and celtic heroes both and i always come back to celtic heroes because it more than makes up for its lack of content with everything else it has to offer, including the care and support you would expect from your friendly neighborhood market. Im very dissapointed in OTM at this point, especially so close to an upsate where they hope we all by plat (and i buy massive amounts of plat). Very close to boycotting the update.
