My best guess is that they will just add some enemies in lir's reach like they added the hawkhurst gang in the sewers

get ready, new boss is gonna be lvl 190, drop powerful but incredibly slow weapons that are 2 handed. theres gonna be a new main hand wand-like thing probably adding crush/slash and heat dmg. this seems to be the pattern among all of the events, plus the mounts and collecting items that they mentioned.
