For me, the benefits of the new features seem to outweigh the hinderance of the new forum.

As long as the new forum will be just as good as this one, I'm happy to see the change. I don't want an awkward-to-use forum that has less features, to be honest, but that's just me speaking!

I think these features are all good to have.

Could you clarify exactly what would happen to these forums? Will it be archived, or still remain open?

:O what could this mystery task be? Possibly my bug report for the Snowman Head to be changed to fashion? I'm joking of course, but I am curious to know what y'all are working on. And what this important task could be.

This sounds a lot like the support set up in another mobile game (War Dragons). The support system looks kinda like iMessage and it looks and feels a lot more ‘modern’ and traceable than the current CH ingame ticket option. So +1 to that as the user is able to scroll back through their convo history with CS if need be.

That game also did away with an old forum and brought in a new forum. It is much better tbh and they seem to have attracted a lot more people to use it than used the previous forum (that also couldn’t be imported). Considering all the historical threads were lost, there were minimal complaints from the community Cos it was just so much better.

Im not techy so I’m not sure which forum software it is, but you guys might want to check it out. I’m no fan of that game anymore but admit they do fairly well with the forum and support and their setup seem to be similar to what you’re aiming for.
