Probably not because they don’t care. People can move on with their lives now, nothing will change

Love how basic those stats are, it is a great way to move around the guidelines tho. Props to VR, playing smart. Now people can finally go back in their holes lol. Still nothing has changed

Probably takes into account the possibilities of getting 1, 2 or 3 items? That would be my best guess

They are percentages for each chest, not for each item. Since you can get more than one item per chest the percentages would go over one hundred.
