Nope I play a druid.....

An papi you do not need full energy for evey thing you do ever.... I am talking about regen items that can help keep up with all the energy you are waisting rather then go from 0 to 3000 right on the bat. Think about it.... You are killing a mob starting at your max energy currently. And then when you heal and all that you will go down to like a minimum of 2500/3000 with that fast regenerating items. And 500 wont be hard to quickly regenerate and you can go on to keep killing your mobs. Its not meant to be super regen, but is a way that all classes can use so warriors and rogues and rangers dont become overpowered with energy.

I call them stupid and useless, because when these newer regen items come they will once again be stupid and useless. What druid who soon will have great regenerating would even want points into that skill? Hell I would rather spend it on something useful for my clan/group.
To those who have not yet accumulated enough gold to purchase multiple luxury regen items, it is still a valid option and doesn't mean sacrificing healing ability within a group. Having a good meditate could mean you can cast more heals, whereas putting those points straight in to an already high levelled healing skill will sap your energy for a few more hp each heal and burn your energy out.

It's about balance. Sometimes people don't need to be healed massively in one go, but multiple smaller heals go a longer way.

Ah that explains it. You play a druid and only use 500 energy in a battle. I play a mage. If you use an energy build you will get two energy shields off in a long fight. That is 1600 energy right there. Then there are the 4 ice shards with the two lures for another 600. Then you have 8 fire bolts with lure for another 600 and the fire cloak for 100. Now I have to wait to regen all that energy. We really do need to regen it all. And that does not count boss fights where you will need to regen a few times mid fight.

If I may speak for my druid, I use A LOT more then 500 energy. And then I am not even talking about a boss fight. In boss fights my mana just dissapears lol.

OTM has the right to change the way sigils behave.
Just to confirm, sigils are completely unaffected, there is no difference between when the game first launched until now.

There was an issue that was created after the update came out where enemies and player regen items gave double regen out of combat which was fixed in order to make enemies easier. But the fallout is that players got used to having double out of combat regen from their items.

So we are going to put in some fixes in the forthcoming patch including; more effective regen skills, less energy cost for skills, new regen items etc.

Thanks for getting a quick patch out there for this issue! I definitely felt it put a hamper to the playability of the game so it's much appreciated!

Dear Admin;
About this new patch. Do you think this is a bandaid or a cure?
Have you considered the scenario when energy mages are 150th level and trying to regen 5000 energy?
What is your long term plan for energy?

I personally think at 150 a Mage or Druid should have like 8 points in meditate, bc omfg that skill rocks now.

Would like to see some meditate + rings or charms though

Thank you one thumb admin developers (Richard) everything with my regen seems fine now, or normal.
I hope the casters like it, but this poor Rogue is satisfied. :D

Elaborate a bit. So meditate was boosted 50% right? and it still gets the hidden bonus from focus right?
