Re: When Will It End! Establishing a Final Reachable lvl cap

I say cap at 250
What for? Grinding to 200 isnt enough?

Hard cap of 210 and no more mobs higher than 200.
Admin has already stated there is a new armor quest beyond dl. Also about levels and progression in the tower. It's basically guarenteed were going to 230-240 mobs with the new update.
.
New armors dont have to necessarily be dictated by level requirement. They can keep making armor that are all level 210 req but each armor quest cant be unlocked until one has finished prerequisite quest. Also dl stops at 180. New armor quest can be 195 for boots/gloves/helm. 200 for legs, 205 for torso and 210 for weapons/offhand.

Ending the grind at 150 wouldve been perfect, but we also need a hard level cap so once you hit it there is no possible way i gain xp anymore, WE NEED HORIZONTAL CONTENT LISTEN TO US OTM, eugh *rant over*
Perfect idea! The new mount system will have each mount start at level 1 and need to be leveled up to 200+ for it to be useful! Not only that but each new event will bring a new better mount you need to level! This new parallel content is gunna bee awweeesssoooommmeeee!!

No offense to anyone here, because I do understand that we can't just dump all of our money into the game, but for those of you that claim you've never spent a dime in-game and are really high level or have a lot of stuff - you should consider supporting the game company whose product you enjoy so much.

It's not that I think we should all pay a lot of money or dump all of our savings, but if you enjoy the game (especially enough to reach a really high level) then just offer $5, $10 or maybe even $20. That's still a lot less than the average game, but at least you're showing support for a game you enjoy.
No offense Kev, but you don't know what you're talking about here. Non-plat buyers contribute extensively to OTM's bottom line by creating the market for your plat purchases to get you gold. When you buy plat and spend it on lixes, chests, whatever, unless you keep it for yourself or give it away, you will sell it for gold. And that gold was quite possibly farmed by a player, likely one that buys little or no plat.

As someone with an end-game toon but who is only an occassional plat buyer, I can tell you that I have funded a LOT of plat purchasers for lixes, sigils, an occassional fashion item, whatever. Don't assume that non-plat players or low-plat players are deadbeats for OTM. If anything they make plat purchases more common among those who buy it.

^^^^^^
This.

I've shelled out over 25m gold to plat buyers. This encourages players to buy more plat than they would if it were simply purchasing for their own needs or likely even if gold was offered for less plat.

I've only spent 10 bucks but am considering giving more because I like the developers and the game.
