Well...after reading through the tos, my take on it is that selling accounts is strictly prohibited and will be enforced

Account selling isnt even enforced. After the person in the pic on the first page of this post was reported support said it had been dealt with but nothing happened so how was it enforced?

in crom we have a rogue named stabya and it has been sokd at least 15 different and scammed on it you can ask who is stabya ingame to anyone and they'll know exactly who you're talking about

Im pretty sure we know what allowed means but it seems u dont understand how other words affect the meaning of a word like the word "not" changes the meaning if "allowed". When looking at the meaning of the rules u cant just look at the definition of each individual words like ur doing.

Allowed has many meaning one of them is approved
So not approved by OTM to share accounts
That's why I didnt put in "not" becouse it means approved

I'll be honest. I hadn't read the TOS since it was changed in September. I'll also mention that I can't see any of the screen shots that people have posted, so I don't know if this was brought up or not.

Where is the grey area?

Sharing passwords is clearly against the terms of service. Enforcing the TOS is the issue. Which goes back the the OP, CHPlayer, and pigman's points.

We can continue to debate the meaning of "allowed," or the merits of analogies if you like. But it seems to have nothing to do with the TOS.

Now if I can take a cue from Bill Clinton, and ask... what do you mean by "the"?

I never botterd to read ToS ,in page one i asked were it talks about account shareing and its diffrent from what you posted
