Aileron, you wrote a troll post, pure and simple, and tried to hide it behind a semi relevant question. It's transparent. The non shills know it.

Yet you continue to play innocent.

Shame on moderators on this board for their double standard in exercising board policy. By their standards, this should of been locked from the get go.

In saying that, i personally have no problem with the discussion. The dishonesty displayed by Aileron on the real nature of this thread and the continuing repeating of this dishonest premise is what is troublesome despite the fact that the real intent is obvious.

Yeah I'm going to go ahead and lock, please do not create threads with the intention of disrupting the forums.

If someone wants to create another thread that actually discusses the topic feel free.

Just want to add that I was perfectly aware of the intentions of the OP and I was giving you all the opportunity to have the upper hand and maturely steer the post away from its true intentions.

Admittedly, I should know that no topic has ever been saved from the flame wars in which some users enjoy partaking, so sorry I guess

In the future, I'd appreciate

• A PM if anything is directed solely at me; it allows me to write without moving off-topic, allows are more lengthy discussion, and also alerts me quicker than scooting in and seeing 5 more pages of arguing.
• Use of the report button - that way you can flag topics up to the moderators. Yes, it's clear that moderators did see this thread, but you can provide an explanation as to why you think it needs moderating.
