Morrigan server crashed

We were doing prime but then suddenly everyone get kicked and now no one can log in

Also many can’t log in due to some glitch previously mentioned by another poster.
Says account already logged in even though no one is on it.

We're going to be restarting the servers to revert a fix causing the servers to crash.

Perhaps a free chest or some sort of present for all these resets... worth a shot right?
Seriously though the resets are starting to burn members out in both lix and time
