Hello I recently discovered for a quest in Otherworld.i need my cosmic armor to transform it into frozen Cosmic armor. I have dropped my sandals as I was given some boots and now I cannot complete the quest as I have no cosmic sandals. I have submitted a ticket to support in-game is there anything I can do?

Had that same problem, but with the sword. Was an easy an painless fix!
If they don’t respond to your ticket, send support an email at [email protected] or PM Difinitus. Include some info like the estimated time you dropped the item and your server (I think your account username too... but don’t post that publicly ). They might ask a few more questions if more info is needed. But after that, you just sit back let them take it over and in a day or two you get your sandals in the mail! Eazy peazy

When did you send the ticket? Don’t send another one if it was recent as it’ll only slow down the process.

Nothing you can do but wait. They see your ticket just takes a day or two.
