So i mailed support about my account that got hacked years ago, to try recover it.

Then after 4 days i recieve a message from one of the support admins which had nothing to do with what i wrote. Sadly it seems like the support managment are very unserious and stressed.

I'd appreciate if a admin could pm me here.
