Why do you need anyways? If its important just send a email to one thumb support. Im sure they can clarify anything for you.

So did my friend get temp banned for not answering PMs? I read all that and couldnt find a rule about answering PM . Temp ban for “Botting” and I still can’t find a rule behind that.

The forums are not the place to dispute bans. If your friend feels that they were banned unfairly, then they have to contact [email protected] and appeal it there.

Botting is something that VR works hard to crack down on, and sometimes it can be hard to tell the difference between an AFK player (who taps intermittently to stay online) and a bot. VR usually has a fairly detailed process for testing bots, (including popping in-game messages up) to avoid banning innocent players, but mistakes can happen.

However, that is a conversation for your friend and Appeals, not the forums. Appeals is the only one who can help with the issue.

Its kind of common sense tbh lol. I agree the way they determine whether someone is botting or not is a little daft, they should have a system that can detect third party apps but it could get trickier if someone uses an emulator
