Hey there! Sorry to hear that, but yeah it's not extremely obvious that one leads to the next. You said you asked for help a few months ago - did you send in a support ticket, but didn't get a response? That shouldn't have happened...I suppose you could send in a new ticket, otherwise Difinitus (the community manager) may be able to track down why you didn't get a response.
