Hi I have been trying to log for quite sometime now and no luck. I have reset internet tried 4g and even rebooted device. Nothing is working, some members are able to log after many attempts but only a few.
Is there currently a problem?

#4This needs to be fixed as soon as possible. This is such a bad customer service. Can we get some serious answer on this please ? More than "we know and working on a fix"

#5i agree same on epona im on 2 devices and it would take one account like 6-7 attempts to log in it just shows loading then back to homescreen a few times

#7U are not alone, we've several people with this issue on Gwyd atm. 2 mins connecting, then back to home screen, no chance to log.
