Submitted to support explaining the mount was dropped unintentionally 3 days ago but no response from support team yet. Does anyone knows how to contact the support team?

They don't work on weekends, and support is always working to reply. It might take a few more days, don't worry.

Imagine getting ghosted by game admins

I got a hellsteed a day before the event ended and tried getting the egg back to resell so mailed support and no reply either don’t worry I’m stuck with a lvl 1 now lol

i had a similar issue but reply took 5 days and they didnt even get my character back after i accidently deleted it the response was i have to right an email to support which in the past the ingame support would work fine. cant be bothered writeing an email so i guess there goes my barding bank
