This is 4th time I've had this problem. It is also the longest time I've waited. When I purchase platinum I am locked out of my account. This time I have been locked out for almost 20 hours. This is ridiculous. I spend my money on your game and I can't even play it to use my platinum because my emails are ignored and posts are ignored. Why is it that I have to wait so dang long to play when I'm spending my money on the game?? STUPID!! Please fix my account now. I'm sick and tired of crap like this. Who cares about new graphics or new fixes when you can't play?? One things for sure. I will NOT buy platinum again until admin emails me back and tells me that this will not happen again.

Could you try turning your device on and off fully and then connecting to a different wifi connection from your usual one, this normally resolves the issue. If that doesn't get you in please go to your options, store and click 'sign out' which will let you in the game.
We have tracked down this issue and put in a fix in the next release.

#3Thank you! That worked beautifully. Sorry for being aggravated. If I would have gotten a reply sooner I would have held my tongue. Thank you for the info. Now I know how to fix this issue quickly next time I buy platinum
