Account Banned

My account, was banned off of what i believe is insufficient evidence. I am a frequent platinum buyer and I was accused of something I didnt do and had my account banned. I message appeals multiple times with no response. I have been playing this game since 2012 and I do not appreciate the way support treats me an others. Show me evidence or unban my damn account. My main toons name is Nutrition and is a 216 druid on Herne. I need the account back to help the clan. You guys messed this up now fix it.
