No quests

I've already posted this in the Epona section but not sure how many people will respond. An old toon I've found on Epona doesn't have any quests in the quest log and nowhere to start the storyline quest, what do i do?

Oh cool! yeah, the quest might have changed since the character was created. Try messaging
[email protected] and see if they can straighten it out.
