Title says it all, anyone know when the daily rewards refresh and what time zone. Thanks for any help

For me, it is 2am EDT time.

Daily quests and bounties reset at 12:00 AM UTC-6 (Mountain Time).

And just in case you meant the daily rewards as in the no trade elixirs or bounty tokens where you get 2 hero combos at the end of the month. It resets 23 hours after the last timre you collected it.
