Hey guys i havent played in so long already and i wanted to play this game again but it says account conflicted can anyone help?

This would of probably happened when they introduced cross platform, android and IOS, need to get on a toon in game and send them a support ticket with your issue and they should be able to fix it

They are backed up at the moment with all this Corona virus stuff so it may take 1-2 weeks to get a response

My main server was Fingal.
A few months ago it started not to let me log into that server.
Trying to log in, the loading circle just spins and spins. Takes along time but it never gets past initial screen. This is really annoying. I don't know what to do
I have one of ever character 90+

That started happening to me a little while back also. I still don't know what the problem is or how to fix it, but I did find out if I'm using wifi rather than my cell provider it works. *shrug* That would be another thing you can try if you had ven't already.

You'll need to send in an email to
[email protected]. Give them as much info as you can remember, and they might be able to help you out - for example, if you made any in-game purchases, try to go dig up the purchase history information through Google or Apple and include them in the email....that kind of thing will help a lot.
