New player - server/ class question

Hi everyone !
I recently started playing. So I’m trying out different classes and servers before truly committing . I was wondering if I could maybe get a bit of input from tou guys. I asked all these questions in the introduce yourself board but I’m not sure it was the right place. Here seems more appropriate.
So class wise. What are the classes in demand ? Typically its healers and tanks in mmos, is it the case here ?
I’m enjoying playing a Druid right now but I think soloing is gonna get real hard so I probably need a server where there will be low-mid level people to group with.
Also not planning on spending any cash for now so maybe a server where I can find shop items in auction house ? (Backpack, character, hotbar, etc..)
Any server suggestions? Right now I found Arawn to have the most people online and a couple of items in auction house. Though I am not seeing many low level characters.
