In my opinion out of some dps classes i feel that rangers cg quiver ability is trash.... rogues or mages cg offhand ability is broken imo especially rogues... id like something more then 1.7k divine damage for 15 seconds because you can still miss autos etc.. and rogues cg offy max tier does like 22k damage in total

The ranger offhand skills are way op enough for lock battles as you can stakc em while rogues offy will be overriden
Bumping offhand will break the somewhat balance existing now fof locks imo
