Hi There I first joined in 2013 and stopped playing around 2014-2015 and wanted to come back to my old accounts. if theres any way i can get those account up and running that would be great!

Yes, i had the same error message.
Support fixed it in an hour when they still had facebook support.

Resulted in login change with ios after the log in name.
