Is this worth it ? Whats the difference after upgrading and what's the effect on the same mob before and after upgrading?

Raisin the level of this skill will allow you to hit high level mobs with it. For example, an un leveled double attack skill will only work lvl 20 mobs and a lvl 38 double attack will hit mobs up to lvl 200

Also be careful with swaps it's almost never worth it to swap skill points for double attack since you don't need to Max it. It's better to swap the damage jewellery.
