Balloons and cakes for anniversary

@devs Any chance we will be seeing 10th anniversary consumable cakes and balloons for the event like what was done in 2012/13. If not it could be a fun idea to create updated ones since the old ones added a lot of extra novelty to the event and made it feel more like an actual celebration.
