I accidentally dropped 29 event chests while opening on Arawn. Character name is sorlla oturley.

I accidentally dropped 29 event chests while opening on Arawn. Character name is sorlla oturley.
Looking for acknowledgment from support this message was seen. 29 chests is 1450 plat. This is a very large amount of money. I would like to get these chests returned to my character ASAP. With the money I’ve spent recently on this game (hundreds in the last month) it’s absolutely ABSURD that I cannot even get acknowledgement after 2 days

Still no response. This isn’t the game I used to play, we used to be able to get responses to these issues in hours or minutes. Yes I also submitted a in game support ticket which was existed longer than this forum post.
