Unacceptable And Unprofessional Level of Communication and Customer Service

I have played Celtic Heroes since 2011. I am the chief of one of the games oldest clans and a longtime, consistent purchaser of platinum to support the game we all love. I am not a raging adolescent looking to flame on these boards- I simply wish to express my profound disappointment in the horrendous customer service you are currently providing a very loyal player base. You have a literal gold mine at your fingertips and don’t seem to care that we are going days- actual full days- with no access to our game. You also are not using these forums effectively. At the very least, we should have access to some updates more than every other day- and, for gods sake, someone has to work weekends. I understand, as a company that has many games under your umbrella, you have other cash cows to milk, but please consider the revenue stream you could have here in Celtic Heroes with just a little effort. I understand the transition from VR may be a significant hurdle, but surely you can do better than what we have witnessed the last two weeks.
An increase in effort and attention towards reviving this game will pay off in the long run- it has a solid foundation and great avenues for content growth and development- but you will lose many dedicated players if the current issues are not addressed. I would hate to see the demise of a game that has such promise ( and history)
