how much fast we can go for a support ticket so game bot not ban us within second and without review not clear our cooking items. i send ticket in 2 min (weak in english so need to check word)

Could we have clarification on this! I cook as well and don’t pay any attention to chat! I typically turn off General chat so would not see any messages! Based on this I would never want to cook again for fear of loss of toon. Can you explain for us about this.

I have cooked for hours never got this message.
Is this a new feature? Or fake like the ingame mails we recieve from Teamceltic

Wow I turn general chat off I'd definitely be falsely banned. I hope they start doing ok screen popups instead of chat logs

Ooh yeah this is scary. Most people do not look at chat when cooking and are most like doing something else as they idly press the cook button and if this is a one time message and its not pinned there's no way most will see this which can easily be covered up by area chat/clan chat.

This definitely needs to be a popup, it’s easy to miss a message like that. I don’t know if it shows up with general chat disabled which most people do while afking to reduce spam.

They are just trying to kill the game more than it already is at this point lol. Its not dead enough for their "We revive dead games" saying.

This is concerning if it isn't a pop up window like the annoying Password Reset popup we get every time you log in. If it's just a brief message...that's messed up.

As people have stated, when doing mundane tasks, people often times turn off chats so they're not bothered. Not to mention people playing on older devices who turn down all graphics/chats so as to not lag as much in game.

For the sake of the community, please look at a better way to test those "bots/afkers" instead of a quick message that often times goes unseen. There's a lot of people who might seem afk that are there, just watching a movie and checking their device every few minutes to click the cook button or kill that mob.

It's a pop up, like the ones that show up when u try to go ley. In my experience, someone has to report you for this to happen.
