cant login says cannot connect to server what is happening

Still no login and cant switch servers anybody have a clue to what happened ?
Urgent maintenance

I believe it's been 9 hours since the scheduled urgent maintenance.
At one point six posted servers were up.
As of now they are still down UTC 8:00
