Thanks for looking into this admin.
If this is a new bug, I'm guessing it came from the update. Would it be then correct to say that we are feeling this significant energy drain because the energy cost to cast spells are too high? Perhaps an easier solution is to make the cost of Mage and Druid spells less energy intensive?
I play a Mage and have 2.3k of energy and are constantly running out of energy then waiting for about 2 mins for it to recover.
Maybe reducing the cost of spells by half could be a fair reduction? Keeping in mind the preupdate cost for firebolt for instance was 16 while a level 22 firebolt after the update cost 94 energy.

Hi there.
I've cleared some old posts because I posted some wrong information, here is exactly what's happening.
There was a bug introduced after the update that meant in-combat regen was being applied out of combat as well, so players and enemies would sometimes get double the regen that was written down on the item.
This bug has been fixed in the latest patch, because this was affecting enemies and making them more difficult.
On the plus side the enemies are now easier, on the downside the regen is now also working correctly and exactly as specified on the items, so for example a 10 regen item now gives exactly 10 regen rather than before it would give more in some situations.
Sigils are completely unaffected by this and they have not changed at all. Any regen that happens during combat is also unaffected by this.

I am trying to understand. So you say:

For whichs skills or items this was effective? Because as far as I know only sigils and meditate work diffrent in-combat and out of combat. Or do you mean lets say a heroic necklace gives normaly +20, but because of the bug it gave +40?

Sorry yes I deleted some replies because I had posted incorrect information on them, which was clarified to me by the coders.
Yes that example is correct, there was a bug introduced after the update launched which meant that for example a necklace that gave +20 energy, would give +20 energy in combat, but +40 energy out of combat.
This has now been fixed, so if the item says it gives +20 energy it will give +20 energy in combat and +20 energy out of combat also.

Then its time to add some better regen necklaces or other things because the druids and mages running out of energy really really quick in boss fights right now..

Yes we have a problem with mana regen now, but your solution is not mine. If this will be the fix I will quit lol. I finally have all my gear (took quite some effort and real money) and if the solution would be this in result I wasted all my money, then I am gone.
The real problem why everyone (especially mages and druids) run out of energy now is the highly increased energy use of skills. I rather see this nerfed a bit again, so lux items and enerysigils won’t be worthless.
Because really I have arround 2.5 energy now, +30 mana regen of lux items and two (or more) packages of energysigils. And now when I am lvling with a mate (only healing and buffing) I run out of energy very fast.

I have to agree energy is an issue, I have Golden Bodkin of Spirits, Heroic Amulet of Rejuv plus I'd also bought sigil set of 10!
Yet I'm running out of energy way to fast an chugging down energy pots like candy, just to keep going while I'm leveling, not to mention keeping up in boss fights.
Pre update, Druids with this gear were like energizer bunnies!
