What do obsidian weaps do?

today we killed korgan blackstone and he dropped a obsidian cleaver so what does its power do. it has 30 uses, and a 5% chance to cast. also it hits pretty hard. 190 dmg 5500 attack speed 1 handed

Fracture isn't a damage proc like the faerie weapons.
It means every time you hit, it has a 5% chance to fracture (crack or break) the weapon. After 30 fractures, the weapon is completely destroyed.
