At the bottom of where you type your message, there is a tab marked Upload Attachment, click that. The rest should be self-explanatory...
If you want to do it from an iPhone, use the Photobucket app and upload the image to there.
Then copy the images URL. When making a post here, click the button labeled Img and paste the images URL in between the Img tags that show up.
