Admin has said that the following vendors will be added:

Magic Carpet Vendor - This store will offer a variety of magic carpets for you to buy so you can fly around the world of Celtic Heroes.
New Fashion Vendor - Ever fancied dressing up as a goblin, or feel your character would be more complete with fairy wings? This is the shop you need to go to if that's the case!
Wraith Vendor - The new Wraith store will feature many new high-end luxury items, such as brand new regeneration items, powerful new off-hand books, weapons, and caster items!

What I'd like to know, is how many of these vendors will be temporary? The wraith has already been in the Otherworld, so I assume he'll be here to stay. But what about the other two? I'd certainly like the new fashion vendor to be around forever once they're put in the game, as those seem like some pretty big-deal fashion items. Also, I suspect the magic carpet vendor will be seasonal like the sled vendor was, but can we get any confirmation of this?

Hey the wraith will be permanent, the others most likely temporary, although I can't say for 100% what will happen in the future this is the current intention.

Yes when will the fashion and magic carpet vendors be open? I have some gold burning a hole in my pocket lol.

Hey they will be patched into the game within the coming week, the current plan is to add the wraith this Thursday and the fashion vendors early next week but in the end it will just depend on what gets finished first.

Yes, the Scavenger is the wraith vendor.

I really hope that the goblin armor isn't too expensive. I'd like to get goblin fashion for all my characters, but I don't know if I'd be able to afford even the cheapest Magic Carpet after that.... Hopefully double gold week will help

MrTubaPerson what would you say was the right price for the new outfits, bearing in mind for example the goblin fashions aren't just clothes they will also transform you into a goblin.

No no no no no, admin please, please, update the luxury shop for tomorrow. People are really really excited here in Rhiannon for the luxury shop, and in sure most people along the Celtic land would rather be out looking bad ass in new lux gear slaying monsters then go to tea parties with little costumes.
