If i buy 2 do they stack?
for example
buy 1 increase regen by 5
buy 2 regenerates 10
does it work like that?

It works exactly like that. 1 regen = +5. 2 regens = +10. 3 regens = +15.

Can I have a confirmation of Deaths statement?

Yea it does work like that, the Mana Signils are like 1=1 extra mana per tick so 2=2 3=3 ect ect. Works the same as health just with health its by 5's and not by 1's. And adding mana signils does work very well

Not meaning to bring back an old post, but I bought ( I think ) three sigils and still only regen by 5

I've bought a ton of these (over 100) and regen does seem to cap. Plus they don't work in combat at all. Otherwise yeah they stack. To a point. They apply to the char not the account as well. Some things that should be pointed out before purchase.
