Strongest weapons and armer

Anybody know whats the strongest Weapon and best armer in the game?
Well it depends, for the warrior it would be
Hammered RedClaw brestplate,greaves,gloves,and boots
for the mage it would be Woven sorcerers armor
rouge is the tanned armour thats all i know the Chieftain helmet is the strongest for all classes
