what do you do if you lose your username?

I cant find a way to recover! it only says find the password... and sadly i know the password but i forgot the username, i had to re download the app and my info was gone, please help!

Make a support ticket with your player name and world and they can find your username for you.

How are they meant to do this if they cannot log on?

You could just make another account with a level 1 character and make a support request.

You could just make another account with a level 1 character and make a support request.
