Done Janet quests and shalemont quests j

The title says it lv 48 rogue with mostly ancient lammenr so I'm wondering is it to the boars of grinding at shalemont or grouping as I say waiting for messenger to give me quest and I csn kill fell fire so ....... Wat should I do

Kill Ironclads, Adepts, Warlocks, Defenders, etc at shale river.

You can lvl in shale until like lvl 58ish need to know where though. Trust me u will lvl very fast.
