Re: Is it bad if some clan members become higher lvled than

I think if the chieftain is level 80 and the members are level 130+ then it might cause issues. The game has a different perspective when you are a high level, and if the disparity between the levels is big enough, then the chieftain may not be the best person making decisions.

That said, the most important thing for a chieftain is not the levels, but to gain the trust of the membership. Respect simply follows after that. I've never seen anyone in any organization respect someone they don't trust.

There are two types of people in this world: Those who crave closure

A business is more profitable if they don't gouge and piss off customers.

I think that is the members of a clan are putting effort into levelling up and bossing new bosses, the chief needs to show that they are putting the same sort of effort in two.
Leaders need to lead my example.
A few levels difference won't matter too much.

operator was lvl 88, but he has really good leadership. then i thought its just wrong, so i left and then after a few days the entire clan ripped appart.
it was so fast lol. one member left one at a time. i saw myself on the awaiting letter list on masmar and i saw a chance to happy boss fights in the future.
then the chief joined the clan i was in :D then a person who gave me free stuff joined as well. then some people were removed from the ban list.
Not playing celtic heroes anymore
