I would think the broom of doom is arguably one of the top five most valuable items in game. The item is priceless which means the price all depends on the seller. Im guessing it would be more towards the millions.

The most expensive items, even in the real world, are the rarest items. Why do you think the 1931 Bugatti Royale is the most expensive car in the world? Because there were only 6 of them made ever.
In Morrigan only 2 Broom of Dooms exist (or at least still held by active accounts).

It's not for sentimental reasons why people want them, it's for their rarity and uniqueness. It's human nature.
